Doing What is Right in Key Situations Will Increase Your Performance

Simpson A client tells you they are leaving the day before your candidate’s final interview. Your candidate wants the job in part because they want to work for your client> Do you tell the candidate? You do references and find out some pretty questionable stuff but your client, in an urgent rush and high adrenaline Type A, never mentions references and emails you an offer. Your candidate is your MPC, they just don’t know they are your MPC, and they call you and say their boss has asked them if they are looking because they “heard their resume is getting around.” What do you say?
